Howdy, I'm Sarah!
I started Over the Moon because I wanted to be a better mom.
I wanted work that could bend around my family instead of asking my family to bend around my work. I wanted more freedom, more control over my time and the ability to build a life that made sense for us.
Turns out, starting a cleaning company meant I had to get good at just about everything else too.
I learned how to lead a team, solve problems, build systems, serve customers, make hard decisions, and keep showing up when things didn't go according to plan. Somewhere along the way, Over the Moon grew into something much bigger than the job I originally created for myself.
Today, one of my favorite parts of this company is hearing that a customer walked into their freshly cleaned home and felt... Over the Moon! The other is watching the people on my team grow, succeed, and build lives of their own.
I built Over the Moon so I could take better care of my family.
